W6 Resources is hiring a Senior Workday Analyst to join a global HR technology team in a hybrid Manchester role. You will support and develop a core Workday environment for a worldwide colleague base.

The candidate will be SME in areas such as Absence/Time Tracking, Talent/Performance, and Security, Data & Reporting, with proven experience gathering requirements and supporting Workday releases and testing cycles.

Senior Workday Analyst — Permanent | Manchester (Hybrid)

We're looking for experienced Workday Analysts to join a global HR technology team, supporting and developing a core Workday environment across a worldwide colleague base.

You'll be a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas:

• Absence and Time Tracking
• Talent and Performance
• Security, Data and Reporting

You'll also bring:

• Strong understanding of Workday business processes
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience supporting Workday releases and testing cycles

Location: Hybrid — 2 days per week onsite in Manchester, remainder remote. If you're based within commutable distance and happy to commit to that, we'd love to hear from you.
