Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Workday Integration Engineer to lead complex integrations and drive end-to-end solutions within our HR and Finance domains. You will act as the technical authority, guiding analysts and architects through lifecycle delivery.

Hybrid work arrangement with our Manchester office, offering a strong benefits package and opportunities to shape global Workday strategy while collaborating across multiple teams. A relevant Workday certification is highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Workday experience in live/production environments.
Proven ability to develop and support complex Workday integrations for HR/Finance.
Certification in Workday or partner programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for the Workday domain within the HR/Finance stack.
Provide guidance on solutions to business analysts, architects and designers.
Capture requirements and design solutions across the full development lifecycle.
Evaluate and validate designs to ensure end-to-end fit-for-purpose solutions.
Contribute to strategic software architecture decisions and patterns.
Coordinate with Infrastructure Design teams on overall solution design.
Takes ownership of IT issues within the domain affecting operations or development.
