Freshfields is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to join the Global HR Technology and Services team in Manchester. You will own and enhance the core Workday HR system, deliver reliable support, and drive process improvements across global colleagues.
Responsibilities include leading Workday configuration changes, collaborating with stakeholders and partners, and mentoring junior analysts while maintaining audit-ready documentation and governance.
The Senior Workday Analyst, as part of the Global HR Technology and Services team, is responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining the core Workday HR system while delivering excellent customer service to colleagues worldwide.
This role requires knowledge of HR processes and the ability to resolve issues; working in a team environment to analyse business processes and configure new functionality within the core HR system and other HR systems.
