A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant to enhance its HCM & Absence Management functionality. This permanent position requires significant expertise in Workday and the ability to lead stakeholders towards maximizing system use. The role is based in either central London or Sunderland, requiring three days onsite work per week. The ideal candidate will drive improvements and support junior analysts while ensuring optimal module configuration and alignment with business needs.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and demos.
