• Experience with integrations and data flows.
• Workday Pro Security Certification.
• Workday Integration knowledge.
• Experience with GDPR and regulatory compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Workday security model.
• Configure security groups and role-based access.
• Manage domain and process security policies.
• Conduct regular security audits and access reviews.
• Ensure segregation of duties principles are maintained.
• Assess security impacts of changes.
• Establish Workday data governance standards.
• Drive improvements in data quality and ownership.
