Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting experience (internal or with a consulting/software company).
• 4+ years of experience implementing or working with a Tier 1 business software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian).
• Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
• Desire to learn technology quickly via multiple mediums.
• Resourceful and adaptable; comfortable working remotely.
• Experience with payroll compliance and/or legislation.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Language: Business fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Master Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Configure the Workday solution on client engagements and build prototype configurations.
• Assist client in testing and data conversion.
• Support integrations between Workday and 3rd party solutions.
• Apply Workday Implementation Methodology on engagements.
• Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.
• Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.
