Kainos Group plc is recruiting a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to join a global team delivering enterprise-scale Workday solutions. You will work with customers to understand requirements, shape and deliver solutions that fit purpose, and operate in a largely remote environment with some travel as needed.

The role emphasizes customer guidance, relationship building, and effective communication within remote delivery teams, helping clients optimise absence and time tracking processes.

Qualifications

• Workday Absence Certification with 3+ years experience in Absence and/or Time Tracking.
• Experience with Workday HCM or related capabilities.
• Strong customer-focused consulting experience.
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues, including remotely.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for global customers.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their business requirements.
• Provide clear guidance and communicate effectively in workshops and demonstrations.
• Deliver solutions that are aligned to customer needs and are fit for purpose.
