Kainos is seeking a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to join a global team delivering enterprise-scale Workday solutions. You will collaborate with customers to understand their needs, configure absence and time tracking modules, and guide delivery with a focus on quality and value.

You will work within a team, sometimes remotely, and may travel to customer sites as required to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support for diverse organisations.

Qualifications

• Workday Absence Certification with 3+ years in Absence/Time Tracking.
• Strong understanding of Workday products including HCM.
• Excellent customer focus with client-facing consulting experience.
• Clear, effective communication with customers and colleagues, including in remote settings.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
• Able to work in remote teams and independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines.
• Some consulting skills: presenting, workshops, explaining functionality to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security in all work
• Awareness of Kainos story and strategy.

Responsabilités

• Implement and configure Workday Absence & Time Tracking solutions for a global customer base.
• Build strong relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions aligned to needs.
• Provide guidance to customers, understanding their business requirements and ensuring commercially viable outcomes.
