Qualifications

• Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, algorithms.
• Experience with leading technical design and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Windows desktop applications.
• Define best practices for Windows desktop development.
• Drive accessibility efforts and validate support for accessibility APIs.
• Collaborate with product teams on feature planning and UI/UX.
