Big Fang Collective Ltd’s SICKER THAN YO’ AVERAGE venue is seeking a proactive management support team member. You will train and develop hosts, drive upsell and revenue, and ensure licensing, hygiene and health & safety requirements across the venue.

Join a high-energy, entertainment-led environment where you’ll coach a busy host team, handle guest inquiries, and maintain service standards during peak periods with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy reception/host teams.
• Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
• At least 6 months hosting experience.
• Experience in high volume brand venues.
• Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
• Personal License.

Responsabilités

• Support Duty Managers to deliver operational excellence through training and developing a strong team of hosts.
• Ensure licensing, hygiene and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Provide coaching to achieve upsell targets to improve revenue generation.
• Hold regular training sessions with hosts on product knowledge and venue information.
