Avove is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Severn Trent Water Framework in Derby, with hybrid working between office, site attendance, and home-based tasks. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering non-infrastructure water projects through design, build and commissioning.

You will be responsible for safe, successful delivery, keeping projects on programme and within budget, managing client relationships and risk, with NEC contracts knowledge and strong MS Project skills.

Qualifications

• Proven senior/principal project management in non-infrastructure water projects.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts, managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project for detailed programmes.
• Ability to forecast costs across portfolios and manage risk.
• Good hydraulic understanding of water distribution systems and pumped dosing.
• Experience in clean water and wastewater is advantageous.
• EUSR Water Hygiene certification.

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships and a regional project portfolio.
• Lead multidisciplinary project delivery teams across a portfolio of projects.
• Take responsibility for project cost management and overall programme delivery.
• Manage regional cost forecasting and revenue contributions to the overall account P&L.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and framework agreements across the region.
