Job summary

Avove is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Severn Trent Water Framework. You will be responsible for managing projects from design through to construction and commissioning, bringing strong project management expertise, commercial awareness, and proven leadership experience within the water or utilities sector.

Based in Derby with hybrid working and travel, you will coordinate design and construction teams, manage NEC contracts, and drive delivery on time and within budget while

Qualifications

Experience delivering large, complex water/utility projects.
Strong project management leadership and commercial awareness.
Experience managing NEC contracts and complex interfaces.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, compliant delivery of Avove projects within the Severn Trent Water Framework.
Govern project lifecycle: scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality.
Coordinate design and construction teams across disciplines.
Manage trenchless crossings and complex interfaces with existing assets.
Engage landowners, regulators, and local authorities; drive programme certainty.
Ensure delivery on time and within budget while upholding HSE standards.
