Job summary

MSA Safety in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Systems & Solutions Warehouse operations. You will direct daily shipping, receiving, storekeeping, and inventory control, ensuring safety, accuracy and efficiency across the site.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse leadership, experience with SAP and WMS, and the ability to coordinate teams, manage cycle counts and adapt to changing schedules.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Warehouse or Inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Experience leading teams in logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, coordinate and supervise day to day warehouse operations.
• Plan work including assigning, instructing, directing, and assisting associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and equipment maintenance across the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and customers.
• Monitor and improve process efficiency and productivity.
• Support international shipping and hazardous materials handling.
• Develop and document SOPs.
