Parsonage Grill, part of The Oxford Collection, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at the Old Parsonage Hotel in Oxford. The role involves running a section during service, following recipes, and maintaining prep levels with strong time management.

The position offers a 45-hour working week (Mon-Sun with two days off) and an OTE of up to £15.61 per hour (£36,527 per annum), with possible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work under intense pressure.
• Passion for cooking with seasonal ingredients.
• Experience in a similar restaurant is beneficial, although full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Own and run a section during service.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Maintain prep levels appropriate to service.
• Ensure deliveries are stored promptly and stock rotated using FIFO.
