Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for Soho Farmhouse. You will oversee on-floor service, guide staff, and uphold the club's high standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will greet guests, take orders, advise on menu and wine, and ensure seamless service through the kitchen and bar teams. A strong leadership presence and refined professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment with supervisory experience.
• Excellent knowledge of food & beverage, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Confident, polished and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members, present menus and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, correct orders.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and wine pairings.
• Maintain exceptional table service and proactively top up beverages.
• Set up and reset tables and maintain a pristine dining environment.
• Handle member requests with discretion and personalize service.
• Process payments via card, Soho House app or House Pay.
• Lead daily service on the restaurant floor and supervise waitstaff.
