Soho House & Co. in West London is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress for White City House. You will lead front‑of‑house service on the floor, guide staff, and uphold the club’s high standards. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high‑end dining environment, with supervisory or senior waiter experience
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands‑on approach
• Confident, polished and professional demeanour
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software

Responsabilités

• Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and engage upon seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating allergies or dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and pairings.
• Maintain top‑notch table service and proactively top up beverages.
• Ensure a pristine dining environment and reset tables as needed.
• Handle member requests and special accommodations with flexibility.
• Process payments via card, Soho House App, or House Pay.
• Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially with VIPs and PWKs.
• Lead and supervise the daily service on the restaurant floor and motivate staff.
