Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Visitor Operations Manager to lead a multi-site visitor operation across Hampshire and West Sussex. You will work with the Visitor Experience Manager to deliver warm welcomes, seamless visits and memorable experiences that encourage return visits and support for the National Trust.

You will manage staff and volunteers, uphold high presentation standards, health and safety, and drive improvements across reception, volunteering and daily operations to ensure outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in visitor-facing environments (heritage, tourism, leisure or similar).
• Strong focus on service delivery and customer experience.
• Ability to adapt to change and solve problems with stakeholders.
