Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Visitor Experience Manager to lead the visitor experience strategy across the Hinton Group, including Hinton Ampner, Uppark House and Garden, Winchester City Mill, and related sites. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-property coordination and a passion for heritage, nature and audience development.

We're looking for a Visitor Experience Manager to join the leadership team at the Hinton Group.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about people, places and nature. You'll lead the vision for visitor experience across a varied portfolio, helping to deliver our ambitions for growth, restoring nature and ending unequal access to heritage and green spaces. Through innovation, audience insight and strong leadership, you'll create inspiring experiences that connect more people with the National Trust and ensure our places thrive now and for ever

The role is expected to work across several different properties across Hampshire and West Sussex so you will need to be willing and able to travel.

You'll identify new opportunities to diversify income, maximise the potential of our places and deliver sustainable growth across the portfolio.
