You will plan and monitor budgets, help market upcoming events, and share duty management, including weekend shifts.

You will inspire visitors, supervise a team of volunteers, and contribute to a vibrant, welcoming site culture that reflects our inclusive ethos.

Qualifications

• Experience in devising and running activities to inspire and engage visitors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with teams and partners.
• Ability to interpret art and objects for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of creative programming and events at Ightham Mote.
• Coordinate activities with other teams and manage budgets for upcoming events.
• Provide duty management, including weekend rota coverage and volunteer supervision.
