Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a senior Vehicle Dynamics Lead based in Banbury, UK. You will define car performance targets, guide aero and handling analysis, and lead development efforts using in-house tools and Driver-in-the-Loop simulators.

Responsibilities include delivering insights from simulation and track data, mentoring teams, and coordinating with Aero, Vehicle Dynamics, and Race Engineering to drive performance gains across the race car.

Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM; advanced degrees preferred for leadership roles in vehicle dynamics and aero analysis.
• Extensive experience in vehicle dynamics, simulation, track data and aerodynamic data analysis in F1.
• Strong understanding of FIA F1 technical regulations and risk-aware project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define car and aerodynamic development targets aligned to performance objectives.
• Develop assessment approaches using Driver-in-the-Loop simulators and in-house tools.
• Identify weaknesses and deliver actionable outputs to improve performance.
• Deliver analysis from simulation and track data to support improvements.
• Provide technical leadership across Vehicle Performance activities and cross-functional coordination.
