TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a proactive Operations role based in Banbury, UK. You will support day-to-day race‑team operations, coordinating parts, lifing data, and build sheets while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure high standards of service and compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in motorsport or similar environments, with GCSE/High School diploma and knowledge of Lifecheck, 3DX and D365. Expect travel and a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.

Formación

• GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or motorsport environment (preferably Formula 1).

Responsabilidades

• Allocate and manage service turnaround processes and mileage tracking across the team.
• Provide day-to-day support across Race Team Support, Sub Assembly, and Composites.
• Follow Haas F1 Team engineering procedures for assembly, operation, and safety.
• Coordinate race car part allocations with input from Chief Mechanic and Lifing Engineer.
• Ensure components are cycled throughout the season to meet trackside quantities.
• Collaborate with Logistics to align turnaround plans with freight dates.
• Maintain assembly build sheets and Lifecheck data.
• Ensure Lifecheck parameters and mileage intervals follow DO guidance.
• Ensure inventory status supports UIIL compliance.
• Support turnarounds, projects, car builds, and event support.
