Job summary

Responsibilities

Support Driver in the Loop and Engineer in the Loop simulator sessions.
Contribute to pre-event and post-event analyses of car, tyre, systems and strategy performance.
Analyse data from car, rig, simulator and models to unlock performance potential.
Create automation by developing software tools and models.
Assist in various engineering tasks and projects.
Attend the Ops Room to support the race team at track sessions.
Follow engineering procedures for assembly, operation and safety.
Promote teamwork and effective communication across departments.
