TGR Haas F1 Team, based in Banbury, UK, seeks an experienced testing professional to support component testing, non-destructive evaluation, and test rig operations. You will work with the R&D team to ensure performance, reliability and compliance for race car components.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to meet tight deadlines, and willingness to travel with the team during race periods. Factory-based position in Banbury, UK.

Competenze

• GCSE/High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Further education including Trade School, Apprenticeship or University Degree desired.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or motorsport environment (preferably Formula 1).

Mansioni

• Responsible for component testing for performance, reliability and proof testing including non-destructive testing of the team’s race car and pit equipment.
• Assist the service and test process in a methodical manner whilst adhering to strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with R&D Lead Team Leader, reporting issues and finding timely solutions.
• Perform non-destructive tests following procedures for on-car and off-car components.
• Inspect in-service car parts during turnaround.
• Follow test procedures for service and proof testing of on-car and off-car components.
