Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team in Banbury, UK, is seeking a Programme Coordinator to drive cross-functional governance across Performance groups, ensuring delivery and reporting.

You will lead budgeting, workforce planning, and regulatory reporting with senior stakeholders, while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. This role requires strong collaboration, communication, and leadership to support high-performance engineering programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or related STEM field; advanced degree desirable.
• Experience coordinating delivery in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, recruitment coordination, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Provide programme coordination and governance support for cross-functional initiatives across Performance priorities.
• Coordinate workforce planning, onboarding, and budgeting reporting with HR and Finance.
• Prepare technical reports for regulatory submissions and senior management reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, escalate issues, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring services meet performance standards and compliance.
