WSP UK is recruiting a Senior or Principal Utilities Infrastructure Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects across the utilities sector. You will engage clients on feasibility, design, and delivery of utility connections and diversions, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality reports while developing enduring client relationships.

Competenze

• Chartered Engineer or open/working towards Chartered Engineer status.
• Civil Engineering Degree, or similar equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering utility connections, diversions and utility infrastructure strategies for small, medium and large schemes in the UK.
• Understanding of requirements of Electricity, Gas, Water, and Telecommunications networks owners.
• Experience of Multi-utility / iDNO / ICP offerings would be beneficial.
• Ability to develop utility demand calculations based on the needs of a Development.
• Project experience of large multi-disciplinary infrastructure schemes.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and effectively organise your time between them.
• Working knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills are important to engage effectively with co-professionals and deliver high quality reports.
• AutoCAD / Civils 3D experience, or similar software, with 2D drawing and 3D modelling capability.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Have an ability to communicate technical detail effectively and networking skills.
• Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
