Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive opportunities in the Midlands and South of England. Base in the South West (Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Cardiff or surrounding areas) with autonomy to grow a strong pipeline in multi-utilities sectors.

You will develop new business, manage client relationships, and work with estimating, commercial and operations teams to move proposals through the full sales cycle.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
• Track record of developing new opportunities and securing contracts.
• Strong relationship management with clients and internal teams.

Mansioni

• Develop and grow a strong pipeline across the Midlands and South of England.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and secure opportunities across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.
• Manage enquiries from opportunity to proposal, negotiation and contract award; coordinate with estimating and operations.
