Senior Urban Designer to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £45,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm.

Duties:
  • Feasibility layouts from #removed# homes
  • Landscape-led masterplans, primarily focused on residential delivery
  • Outline planning applications
  • Reserved Matters and Detailed applications
  • Carrying out site visits and appraisals
  • Writing reports/DAS's etc
  • Project tendering
  • Checking drawings/information to ensure quality remains as high as possible
  • Mentoring junior staff

Experience required:
