Qualifications

• Experience in transformer service sales within energy, utilities, engineering or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in technical or service sales and commercial roles.
• Ability to manage RFQs, develop proposals and close service-based opportunities.
• Excellent customer-facing communication of complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new service opportunities across customer base.
• Generate and manage RFQs to meet customer expectations and budgets.
• Present tailored, value-driven service solutions to customers.
• Act as the face-to-face contact for a wide range of clients and nurture relationships.
• Lead discussions on contract baselines, terms and documents.
• Ensure commercial activities are accurate and timely.
• Document contract amendments and oversee change management.
• Monitor contract performance and address deviations.
• Collaborate with technical, financial, legal and delivery teams.
• Provide market and customer insights for strategic decisions.
