Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Significant transformation/consulting or strategic programme delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in digital transformation, Lean/Six Sigma, cost transformation or customer transformations.
• PM certifications preferred.
• Tech-forward with ability to learn new systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience in a multinational organisation with a global guest mix.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps with milestones and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end programme delivery including governance, planning, risk management, and reporting.
• Drive adoption of new processes and change across functions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and operating model improvement.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional interdependencies and ensure governance compliance.
