HX Expeditions seeks a Transformation Project Manager to lead structured delivery of strategic initiatives, translating priorities into actionable plans. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, risks and decisions, and report outcomes to senior leadership with discipline and transparency.

You will mobilise, plan, implement and hand over projects, ensuring changes are embedded in day-to-day operations.

Qualificações

• 5+ years delivering complex transformation projects.
• Experience across multiple functions and locations in a matrix organisation.
• Strong governance, planning, risk management and benefits tracking.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality project plans and executive updates.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of transformation projects from mobilisation to closure.
• Establish project governance, reporting cadence and decision forums.
• Translate business priorities into clear scope, milestones and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and changes.
• Provide executive-level updates and RAID logs with concise status reporting.
• Plan testing, business readiness, training and transition to BAU.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for accessibility and control.
• Facilitate workshops to drive decision-making and accountability.
• Share lessons learned to improve HX project delivery practices.
