Job summary

NAVEX is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Manager to join our hybrid London-based team. You’ll blend analytics with delivery leadership to shape enterprise strategy and drive transformative initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

With 5+ years in strategy, analytics or consulting, you’ll partner with senior leaders, develop business cases, manage programs, and translate insights into action across functions, supported by advanced Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in management consulting or related fields.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modelling.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, workstreams and decisions.
• Programme and project management capability — governance, risk and dependency management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build the market, customer, financial and operational analyses that underpin our enterprise strategy.
• Develop business and investment cases — sizing opportunities, testing assumptions and quantifying value at stake.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations, making the reasoning, trade-offs and risks explicit.
• Track performance against strategic goals and KPIs, surfacing trends and required actions.
• Partner with the Director, Strategic Operations on planning cycles and market scanning.
• Structure and lead defined transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to delivered outcomes.
• Establish work plans, governance, milestones and success measures that turn strategy into execution.
• Manage risks, dependencies and cross-functional decisions, escalating where needed.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through clear executive updates and follow-through accountability.
