Job summary

Consult is seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead discovery, analyze current operations, and design improved processes, services, and ways of working for client engagements. You will work directly with clients and senior stakeholders to translate opportunities into measurable requirements, roadmaps, and implementation-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Management Consulting, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience independently leading transformation engagements from discovery through implementation handover.
• Strong workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mapping current-state and future-state processes and identifying root causes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate discovery and transformation workshops with business leaders and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze how the business operates across people, processes, systems, data, and customer touchpoints.
• Map as-is processes and workflows, identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Define future-state processes, workflows, and operating models with concrete requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, requirements, and implementation handover documentation.
• Lead reviews, resolve conflicting requirements, and maintain traceability from problem to outcomes.
