Job summary

Last Mile is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to drive transformation delivery in the UK. You will lead initiatives spanning operating model, digital and data changes, coordinating multi-functional workstreams to ensure sustainable adoption of new systems and processes.

You will partner with senior leaders to assess readiness, plan cutovers and manage dependencies, while embedding continuous improvement across delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation strategy aligned to business goals.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation and operating model change.
• Experience developing and managing implementation plans, readiness or transition activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practical design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including operating model, digital, data, process and governance changes.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear implementation plans, milestones, readiness activity, deployment approaches and adoption measures.
• Coordinate business, technology, operational and third-party workstreams across the portfolio to align delivery activity, manage dependencies and support successful outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to assess business readiness and prepare impacted areas for new systems, processes and ways of working.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops, training, cutover planning and transition activity to support adoption and embed sustainable change.
• Track implementation progress, risks, issues, adoption and benefits realisation, applying lessons learned to strengthen delivery standards and continuous improvement.
