Job summary

NAVEX Global, Inc. is looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager in the United Kingdom. The role blends strategic analytics (about 60%) with transformation delivery (about 40%), partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, driving analyses, business cases, and performance insights, while leading defined initiatives and reporting to CSO‑level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with financial modelling experience.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and workstreams.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Build market, customer, financial and operational analyses underpinning enterprise strategy.
• Develop business and investment cases, size opportunities and quantify value.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations with explicit trade‑offs and risks.
• Track performance against strategic KPIs and surface gaps and actions.
• Structure and lead transformation initiatives from mobilisation to delivery.
• Establish work plans, governance, milestones and success measures.
• Manage risks and cross‑functional dependencies; escalate early to stay on track.
• Provide crisp executive updates and keep stakeholders aligned.
