• Strong experience within a recognised consulting environment (Big 4, major firm or boutique).
• Track record leading strategy, operating model, transformation or performance improvement programmes.
• Experience working with private-sector organisations.
• Senior stakeholder management capability and programme leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex strategy and transformation engagements from problem definition to implementation.
• Design and deliver Target Operating Models and operating model transformations.
• Lead large-scale transformation, performance improvement and change programmes.
• Manage senior client relationships and act as trusted adviser to executives.
• Lead and develop consulting teams across multiple engagements.
• Shaping proposals, developing client opportunities and supporting account growth.
• Play an active role in capability development, recruitment and business development.
