Job summary

Experis Austria is seeking an Internal Communications Manager in London to lead communications during a major transformation. This umbrella contractor role focuses on shaping messages for global stakeholders and keeping leaders and employees aligned across workstreams.

You will translate complex business information into clear narratives, develop engagement plans, and collaborate with HR, change and programme leaders. On-site in London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major, complex transformation programmes (internal/change communications).
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including planning and presentation creation.
• Strategic thinking and strong planning ability—comfortable managing multiple priorities and timelines.
• Change communications expertise, with a clear focus on adoption and engagement.
• Ability to translate corporate and technical language into employee-friendly communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications activity supporting a major business transformation programme.
• Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Translate complex business information into clear, engaging narratives for employees and leaders.
• Partner with programme, change, HR and business leaders to deliver impactful messaging.
• Coordinate communications across programme, functional and country teams to keep plans joined up and consistent.
• Create audience-specific content and briefing materials (leadership, manager and employee audiences).
• Measure communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to best‑in‑class templates and processes within the international communications team.
• Support activity linked to the proposed joint venture with Verizon, ensuring messaging is timely and understandable.
