Job summary

Bauer Media Group is seeking a communications professional to strengthen employee engagement and protect corporate reputation. You will partner with senior stakeholders, translate strategy into clear internal messaging, and contribute to an editorial calendar across Technology, Legal, M&A and other areas.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on content production and data-driven messaging. Native English required; German or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Native or native-level English; German or additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to define internal comms aligning with business priorities.
• Translate complex strategies into clear, compelling communications for internal audiences.
• Plan and produce content for the editorial calendar with cross-functional teams.
• Develop strategic content for town halls and leadership updates.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver at pace.
• Source high-quality content with lines of business leads and subject experts.
• Align functional communications with central strategy across lines of business.
