Bauer Media Group in London is seeking a Global Communications Manager for Publishing to shape and deliver cross-market communications across our four publishing markets. You will translate strategy into high-quality plans, write content, and coordinate channels to support transformation and engagement.

You’ll work closely with the Global Communications Lead and regional teams to ensure consistent, timely messaging, rigorous governance and impactful executive storytelling across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in corporate, internal, change or transformation communications within a large, complex organisation.
• Proven ability to turn strategic direction into clear, high-quality communications plans and content.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills across intranet, video, newsletters and leadership materials.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Translate strategic direction from the Global Communications Lead into detailed, actionable communications plans and calendars.
• Own day-to-day delivery of communications activity for major programmes and leadership communications.
• Project manage communications end-to-end, coordinating timelines, content, approvals and channels.
• Collaborate with local teams in Germany, UK, Poland and France to ensure global content lands locally.
