Job summary

Bauer Media Group is seeking a Senior Transformation and Change Communications Lead to shape and drive strategic change communications across global transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design messaging, govern change programs, and build engagement across the organisation.

You will combine data-driven insights with digital and social channels to support an entrepreneurial culture, ensuring timely, credible communications that underpin successful transformation

Qualifications

• Significant change communications experience in transformation programmes in global matrix organisations.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle implementation and manage multiple priorities in a matrix business.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and agile environments.
• Experience delivering change communications impact analyses and roadmaps.
• Good proficiency in AI technologies applied to corporate communications.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Proven ability to use digital channels (websites, intranets, social media) for communications.
• Ability to navigate complex organisations and deliver strategic communications at pace.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change communication strategies and plans that drive transformation outcomes.
• Lead communications strategy, planning and execution for change initiatives from inception to adoption.
• Develop credible content to help employees understand the transformation and its impact.
• Drive behavioural change to embed change across the organisation.
• Own strategic communications priorities and coordinate across programmes to ensure timely messages.
• Consult business partners to ensure early adoption and local relevance.
• Identify risks and opportunities and communicate them effectively.
• Participate in weekly project meetings to track progress and interdependencies.
• Monitor KPIs and report to Communications Committee.
• Develop a framework to standardise best practices across the network.
