Job summary

Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, is seeking a highly organised Senior Training Coordinator to become the central hub of our training operations. This hybrid Cardiff-based role requires three days in the office, with responsibility for scheduling and resourcing training courses across the UK and beyond.

You will partner with Operations, Sales, Technical and Client Success to deliver exceptional learner experiences and drive business success.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics/resource management.
• Knowledge of electronic diary management and CRM systems.
• Experience in a customer-led environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule training courses up to 12 months in advance.
• Coordinate tutor scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage course logistics including venues, travel, and exams.
• Maintain scheduling and data in CRM/operational systems.
• Monitor bookings and collaborate with Sales to optimise utilisation.
• Support tutor recruitment and workforce planning.
• Build relationships with tutors and drive continuous improvement.
