Job summary

Astutis, part of Wilmington plc, is seeking a highly organised Senior Resource Coordinator to orchestrate scheduling and resourcing of training courses across the UK and beyond, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Based in Cardiff with hybrid working (3 days per week in the office), the role partners with Operations, Sales, Technical and Client Success to provide exceptional learner experiences and support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or resource management environments.
• Solid diary management and CRM systems knowledge.
• Experience working in a customer-led environment with service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule training courses up to 12 months in advance, aligning capacity with learner demand and growth.
• Coordinate tutor scheduling and resource allocation across classroom and virtual courses.
• Arrange venues, travel, accommodation and international visa requirements for courses.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and course data in CRM and systems to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support tutor recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to meet demand.
