An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Town Planner to join an established consultancy in Coventry. The successful Senior Town Planner will have the opportunity to work as part of a friendly team and work on a variety of residential, mixed use, commercial and rural projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in a planning related discipline
• Ideally a further MSc (or equivalent)
• Working towards becoming a Chartered Member of RTPI
• Some previous town planning experience either within a consultancy or public sector environment

Experience

The successful Town Planner will quickly take responsibility for client facing and project management while undertaking research, planning appraisals, preparing and submitting planning applications and preparing representations.
