Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist – Senior Specialist Total Rewards, Europe. The role shapes and delivers Total Rewards strategies across multiple European countries, acting as a Compensation & Benefits partner for the region.

You will work with business leaders and HR teams to ensure competitive programs, drawing on data, market information, and regional practices. The position covers market analysis, design, policies, and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, or related experience.
Experience working across multiple countries or European markets is highly valued.
Consulting experience with Mercer, Aon, Korn Ferry Hay, PwC, or similar is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key Compensation & Benefits partner across multiple European countries, supporting HR and business leaders on Total Rewards matters.
Analyze compensation and benefits data and market information to develop insights and recommendations.
Evaluate compensation and benefits practices across different markets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support the design and evolution of competitive Compensation & Benefits programs, balancing local needs with the broader strategy.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations and presentations for HR and stakeholders.
Lead regional Compensation & Benefits projects and support larger Total Rewards initiatives.
