Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, organizational psychology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably across UK and EU.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across layers of the organization.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and data-driven HR approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business priorities for 1–2 year horizon.
• Partner with leadership to influence culture, safety, and HR principles.
• Collaborate with COEs and People Operations on onboarding and workforce planning.
• Monitor ROI of HR programs and adapt to business needs and analytics insights.
• Lead and coach leadership development, talent evaluation, and organizational change.
