Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and users of the test centre.
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervise and invigilate tests.
• Explain the test process to candidates and assist with queries.
• Review tests and centre schedules.
• Open and close the test centre as part of daily procedures.
• Support equalities and inclusion policies in candidate handling.
