An established industry player is seeking a Senior Technology Support Analyst to provide exceptional technical support to its staff. Purpose of role: Reporting to the Head of IT, the Senior Technology Support Analyst will provide technical support to all staff at London & Partners, including international offices. This role involves business-as-usual laptop/user support for 1st and 2nd line issues and requests, specializing in cloud systems, security, automation, licensing, and virtual networks. A proactive approach to support and user engagement is essential.
