Purpose of role
Reporting to the Head of IT, the Senior Technology Support Analyst will provide technical support to all staff at London & Partners, including international offices. Responsibilities include business as usual laptop/user support for 1st and 2nd line issues, expertise in cloud systems including security, automation, licensing, and virtual networks. The role requires a proactive approach to support and user engagement, with occasional out-of-hours support for international users and events.
