Job summary

EY UK is seeking an Assistant Director in Tech - Strategy and Execution within EY Parthenon to advise clients across Private Equity and corporate transactions on technology strategy, due diligence and post-deal integrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop compelling pitches, manage large-scale programs in a fast-paced environment, and build senior client relationships while helping to shape a better working world through EY Parthenon’s technology agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting for transactions or advisory services.
• Strong understanding of IT functions, enterprise architecture, systems integration and governance.
• Proven track record leading large, global delivery programmes.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior clients across sectors on technology strategy for transactions.
• Sell, run and deliver engagements including pre-deal due diligence and post-deal integration planning.
• Lead blended project teams and develop juniors within a multicultural, global firm.
