Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers, guiding DevSecOps adoption of the Application Security platform. You will translate security needs into business value and enable teams to realize ROI through data-driven insights.

You’ll manage onboarding programs, build cross-functional relationships, and help customers scale their security programs across code, dependencies, and cloud workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with Enterprise customers in UK/I and EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of Developer or Application Security tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization for enterprise customers across Application Security workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security teams.
• Deliver onboarding programs to help customers achieve security goals with Snyk products.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product, Sales, Support to inform roadmap feedback.
