Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager in the UK/EMEA to be a trusted day-to-day partner for enterprise customers, helping them adopt and gain lasting value from Snyk’s Application Security platform. You’ll guide engineering and security teams through their DevSecOps journey.

You will drive adoption, build relationships across customer teams, and support ROI through data-driven reviews while coordinating cross-functional resources to remove adoption barriers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with enterprise customers in UK/I or EMEA.
• Strong knowledge of Developer/Application Security tools.
• Ability to drive ROI through data-driven adoption.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization for enterprise customers across Application Security workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer engineering and security teams.
• Deliver onboarding programs using Snyk’s suite of products.
• Advocate internally for customer needs with Product, Sales, and Support.
• Prepare and facilitate business review meetings (QBRs) using data to demonstrate ROI.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption.
